-CAREA members attend for free and will receive CE credit
-Guests and Appraiser Trainees may attend for free but will not receive CE credit

We offer educational classes that can’t be found elsewhere, specific to the Colorado real estate market and appraisal industry for residential, commercial and the personal property appraiser. Our classes are customized for our market and we react quickly to changing regulations and industry guidelines.
