Join us on Monday, October 16th for our October course presented by the Boulder County Assessor’s Office. This course will provide information and resources related to the Ad Valorem valuation, classification, and assessment process. The presentation session will include valuable stakeholder/taxpayer rights, remedies, and responsibilities information in the assessment process. Real estate professionals will gain valuable insights and informational resources that will assist them with efficiently and effectively completing closing documents and providing an even greater service to their clients.
