Join us for our April course on April 10, 2023 titled “Appraisals Through the Eye of a Lender.” This course will explore the valuation process, regulatory concerns and appraisal review process through the eyes of FirstBank’s Valuation Services Department. Content will include lender concerns with USPAP compliance, appraiser independence, portfolio vs. agency lending and maintaining good client relationships.
