DORA (the Colorado Department of Real Estate Appraisers) is soliciting feedback and suggestions from appraisers on current rules through 12/23/2022. The review will assess the continuing need for, the appropriateness, and the cost-effectiveness of the regulations. This assessment will also determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed.
