About NCAREA

The Northern Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NCAREA) was formed to provide appraisers an organization with: universal membership eligibility, regionally relevant continuing education opportunities, opportunities to exchange ideas and information with peers in an informal setting, opportunities to associate with appraisers having expertise in a variety of property types or geographical areas, and opportunities for other professionals to become acquainted with working appraisers.

Our Mission

We offer educational classes that can’t be found elsewhere, specific to the Colorado real estate market and appraisal industry for residential, commercial and the personal property appraiser. Our classes are customized for our market and we react quickly to changing regulations and industry guidelines. Our established relationships with state regulators gives us a special insight into appraiser compliance and changing regulations.

Our Board

The association was originally created in 2010. There are no employees. There is a voluntary, non-paid, board of directors.
