We meet the second Monday of even numbered months (February, April, etc.) via Zoom.
Meeting format: informal general information 6:45 p.m., and seminar 7:00 p.m. Our dues are $125 per year.
Guests are always welcome at Northern Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers meetings. There is no cost for the guests to attend meetings. However, guests do not receive continuing education credit (CE). (CAREA Members will receive CE).
